I authorize The Phone Guys (TPG) technician(s) to perform work on my electronic device. I understand that TPG technicians have been trained to perform phone hardware and software work, but TPG is not liable for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any repair work performed on my device, unless it is caused by direct negligence of TPG.
I understand that although rare, data loss can occur during repair and TPG is not responsible for any such data. It is always recommended that the device is backed up in other sources before any repairs commence.
I certify that I am the expressed owner of the device delivered to TPG. In the event that I am found not to be the true owner of this device, I assume all liability for any claim made as a result of the technical support rendered by TPG on this device.
understand that technical support rendered by TPG may void manufacturer warranties for this device. TPG do not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer warranties are voided.
I understand that TPG offer only a 90 day verbal or written warranty, either expressed or implied, after the success of this technical support. This warranty covers only the labor and part replaced against manufacturer’s defects.
Any water damaged products are void of any warranty either express or implied. For a full copy of our warranty, please ask a store associate or see our website.
I expressly waive all claims against TPG or any damages to this device that are the cause of previous damage or repairs. The liability of TPG is strictly limited to those damages to this device that are due to negligence on the part of TPG while technical support is being rendered.
I understand that if after 30 days my device has not been picked up or arrangements made, it will be considered abandoned property and can be sold to recoup the cost of labor, storage, and parts on my device or otherwise destroyed or recycled.
