Cell Phone Repair Technician
Job Purpose: Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent minimum.

Must be 18 years of age or older and have own transportation.

One year of customer service and/or retail experience.
-
Proven record of consistently providing positive customer experiences.

Exceptional organizational skills.
-
Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills.
-
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong attention to detail.
-
An interest in selling and a desire to learn sales techniques.
-
Comfortable navigating in Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems
-
Professional, neat appearance.
-
Ability to work retail hours, which may include weekends, holidays and some overtime.

Applicants with previous phone repair experience preferred, but not required. We can train.
Responsibilities:

Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices
-
Providing recommendations for problem resolution
-
Explaining complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
-
Ensuring that all repairs meet or exceed TPG quality standards
-
Communicating with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, take orders, and obtain details about the customer request.

Resolving product or service problems by:

Clarifying the customer's complaint
-
Determining the cause of the problem

Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem

Expediting correction or adjustment
-
Following up to ensure resolution.

Establishing strong rapport and trust with customers.

Answering phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor

Ensuring that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations

Keeping track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock

Utilizing the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair

Maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store

Performing opening and closing duties within the retail store.
